\u8868)\u3002\u6b64\u62c5\u4fdd\u4e66\u662f\u7eff\u5361\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\/\u7ecf\u6d4e\u62c5\u4fdd\u4eba\u548c\u7f8e\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u4e4b\u95f4\u5177\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7ea6\u675f\u529b\u7684\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u62c5\u4fdd\u4eba\u540c\u610f\u5728\u5fc5\u8981\u65f6\u4e3a\u79fb\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ecf\u6d4e\u652f\u6301\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u63d0\u4ea4 I-864 \u8868\uff0c\u62c5\u4fdd\u4eba\u627f\u8bfa\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c06\uff08\u5e76\u63d0\u4f9b\u76f8\u5e94\u8bc1\u660e\uff09\u4e3a\u79fb\u6c11\u5230\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ecf\u6d4e\u652f\u6301\u3002\u672c\u8d28\u4e0a\uff0c\u62c5\u4fdd\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u8bc1\u660e\u4ed6\u4eec\u8d1f\u8d23\u5e26\u5230\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u4eb2\u5c5e\u5728\u62b5\u8fbe\u7f8e\u56fd\u540e\u4e0d\u5fc5\u6c42\u52a9\u4e8e\u67d0\u4e9b\u653f\u5e9c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u63f4\u52a9\u2014\u2014\u6362\u53e5\u8bdd\u8bf4\uff0c\u79fb\u6c11\u4e0d\u4f1a\u56e0\u6210\u4e3a\u201c\u516c\u5171\u8d1f\u62c5\u201d\u800c\u89e6\u53d1 INA \u00a7 212(a)(4)(C) \u4e2d\u7684\u4e0d\u51c6\u5165\u5883\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u8fd9\u9879\u8981\u6c42\u4e5f\u53ef\u88ab\u8c41\u514d\uff0c\u51c6\u4e88\u8c41\u514d\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u4e4b\u4e00\u5c31\u662f\u505a\u6ee1\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u969c\u5c40 (SSA) \u89c4\u5b9a\u7684 40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u79fb\u6c11\u80fd\u591f\u8bc1\u660e\u4ed6\u4eec\u5df2\u7ecf\u5728\u7f8e\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e86 40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u53ef\u7533\u8bf7\u8c41\u514d\u7ecf\u6d4e\u62c5\u4fdd\uff08\u901a\u8fc7\u63d0\u4ea4 I-864W \u8868\u683c\u6765\u7533\u8bf7\u8c41\u514d\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f 40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\uff1f<\/h1>\n\n<p>\u201c\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\u201d\u662f\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u969c\u5c40\u7528\u6765\u63cf\u8ff0\u83b7\u5f97\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u969c\u79ef\u5206\u7684\u672f\u8bed\u3002\u5b83\u6307\u7684\u662f\u4e09\u4e2a\u6708\uff08\u5373\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b63\u5ea6\uff09\u7684\u6536\u5165\u8fbe\u5230\u5411\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u969c\u4f53\u7cfb\u7f34\u7eb3\u793e\u4fdd\u7a0e\u7684\u95e8\u69db\u3002\u81ea 1978 \u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u793e\u4fdd\u5c40\u6309\u5e74\u800c\u4e0d\u518d\u6309\u5b63\u5ea6\u8ba1\u7b97\u5408\u683c<\/p>\n\n<p>\u5b63\u5ea6\uff08\u53c8\u79f0\u793e\u4fdd\u79ef\u5206\uff09\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u6536\u5165\u662f\u6839\u636e\u4e00\u5e74\u5185\u7684\u603b\u6536\u5165\u6765\u8bc4\u4f30\u7684\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e5f\u662f\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48 1978 \u5e74\u4ee5\u540e\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u969c\u6536\u5165\u8868\u663e\u793a\u7684\u90fd\u662f\u5e74\u6536\u5165\u30022025 \u5e74\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u6bcf\u6536\u5165 1,810 \u7f8e\u5143\u5373\u5c5e\u4e8e\u505a\u6ee1\u4e00\u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\uff08\u83b7\u5f97\u4e00\u4e2a\u793e\u4fdd\u79ef\u5206\uff09\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u6700\u591a\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97\u56db\u4e2a\u79ef\u5206\u300240 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e\u5927\u7ea6\u5de5\u4f5c 10 \u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u514d\u4e8e\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ecf\u6d4e\u62c5\u4fdd\u7684\u6807\u51c6<\/h1>\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u7eff\u5361\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5df2\u7ecf\u83b7\u5f97\u6216\u53ef\u88ab\u8bb0\u5165 40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0c\u5219\u53ef\u4ee5\u514d\u4e8e\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ecf\u6d4e\u62c5\u4fdd\u3002\u201c\u83b7\u5f97\u6216\u53ef\u88ab\u8bb0\u5165<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\u201d\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u4ee5\u4e0b\u65b9\u5f0f\u5b9e\u73b0\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u4e2a\u4eba\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1a<\/strong>\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u672c\u4eba\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e86 40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u914d\u5076\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1a<\/strong>\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u914d\u5076\u5728\u5a5a\u59fb\u671f\u95f4\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e86 40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\u3002<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u7236\u6bcd\u5de5\u4f5c<\/strong>\uff1a\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u7236\u6bcd\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u672a\u6ee1 18 \u5468\u5c81\u65f6\u5df2\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e86 40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u6216\u5176\u7236\u6bcd\/\u914d\u5076\u63a5\u53d7\u8054\u90a6\u6216\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u516c\u5171\u798f\u5229\u671f\u95f4\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5b63\u5ea6\u90fd\u4e0d\u80fd\u8ba1\u7b97\u5728\u5185\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u79fb\u6c11\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u662f\u5426\u5df2\u7ecf\u83b7\u5f97\u6216\u53ef\u88ab\u8bb0\u5165 40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u5728\u79fb\u6c11\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u4e24\u65b9\u9762\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u7eff\u5361\u65f6\u5df2\u7ecf\u79ef\u7d2f\u4e86 40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ed6\u65e0\u9700\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ecf\u6d4e\u62c5\u4fdd\u4e66\uff08I-864 \u8868\u683c\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5e94\u8be5\u63d0\u4ea4 I-864W \u8868\u683c\u7533\u8bf7\u8c41\u514d\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u79fb\u6c11\u5de5\u4f5c\u6ee1 40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0c\u5176\u62c5\u4fdd\u4eba\u6839\u636e\u62c5\u4fdd\u4e66\u627f\u62c5\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u4e49\u52a1\u5373\u884c\u7ec8\u6b62\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e3e\u4e2a\u4f8b\u5b50<\/h1>\n\n<p>\u4e39\u662f\u79fb\u6c11\u7684\u884d\u751f\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\uff0c\u5e94\u5f53\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ecf\u6d4e\u62c5\u4fdd\u4e66\u3002\u79fb\u6c11\u7684\u4e3b\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u662f\u4e39\u7684\u7236\u4eb2\u5f7c\u5f97\uff0c\u5728\u4e39\u56db\u5c81\u5230\u5341\u5c81\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u5f7c\u5f97\u6709\u4e00\u4efd\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u6536\u5165\u9ad8\u4e8e\u83b7\u5f97\u793e\u4fdd\u5c40\u5e74\u5ea6 4 \u4e2a\u793e\u4fdd\u79ef\u5206\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u4e4b\u540e\u5f7c\u5f97\u77ed\u6682<\/p>\n\n<p>\u5931\u4e1a\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u627e\u5230\u53e6\u4e00\u4efd\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u6536\u5165\u518d\u6b21\u8fbe\u5230\u793e\u4fdd\u5c40\u5e74\u5ea6\u6700\u4f4e\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u4ece\u4e39 13 \u5c81\u5230\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u5f7c\u5f97\u4e00\u76f4\u6ee1\u8db3<\/p>\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e00\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u4e39\u73b0\u5728 22 \u5c81\u3002\u4e39\u4f9d\u636e\u4ed6\u7236\u4eb2\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u53ef\u88ab\u8bb0\u5165 40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\u5417\uff1f<\/p>\n\n<p>\u662f\u7684\u3002\u4e39\u53ef\u4ee5\u7b97\u4e0a\u4ed6\u7236\u4eb2\u5728\u4ed6 4 \u5c81\u5230 10 \u5c81\u65f6\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u516d\u5e74\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ed6\u5341\u51e0\u5c81\u65f6\uff08\u4ece 13 \u5c81\u5230 18 \u5c81\uff09<\/p>\n\n<p>\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4e94\u5e74\u3002\u603b\u5171\u6709 44 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\uff08\u6bcf\u5e74 4 \u4e2a\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0c\u5171\u8ba1 11 \u5e74\uff09\u3002\u4e39\u7533\u8bf7\u79fb\u6c11\u65f6\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4ea4\u8fd9\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u8bc1\u660e\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5f7c\u5f97\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5e74\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u4fdd\u969c\u6536\u5165\u62a5\u8868\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u514d\u4e8e\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ecf\u6d4e\u62c5\u4fdd\u4e66\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7ed3\u8bed<\/h1>\n\n<p>\u4e86\u89e3\u5e76\u5229\u7528\u4e0e 40 \u4e2a\u5408\u683c\u5b63\u5ea6\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u8c41\u514d\u6807\u51c6\u53ef\u4ee5\u7b80\u5316\u79fb\u6c11\u7533\u8bf7\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u6ee1\u8db3\u6b64\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u7eff\u5361\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u65e0\u9700\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ecf\u6d4e\u62c5\u4fdd\u4e66\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4f7f\u79fb\u6c11\u6d41\u7a0b\u66f4\u6613\u4e8e\u7ba1\u7406\u5e76\u51cf\u8f7b\u62c5\u4fdd\u4eba\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u4e49\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
